Main Room
Our largest and most versatile space, purpose built for events such as live music, performances, school formals, uni events and more. With 7 metre high ceilings, a raw industrial backdrop and plenty of room to create, the main room gives you total freedom to bring your vision to life.

Side Room
A intimate space ideal for smaller gatherings like engagement parties, intimate weddings, local DJ nights, hens & bucks parties, corporate functions or kids parties. The Side Room can be styled beautifully with décor, lighting and seating, or left simple for a clean, minimal industrial look.

Courtyard
A sunny outdoor area perfect for daytime parties and summer celebrations. The courtyard has its own bar, outdoor furniture and umbrellas. The courtyard is flexible enough for any vibe. Great for BBQs, kids zones, chill-out spaces, or extending your indoor event to the outdoors.

Boiler Room
The Boiler room is all about music in its purest form, raw, unfiltered,
rooted in its genuine showcase of musical prowess.
The DJ booth sits at the centre of the floor, surrounded by the crowd for a full 360° experience focused purely on music and dance floor energy.
The setting is a pivotal character in the narrative. The Industrique, with its simplistic, raw industrial ambience, naturally omits the energy synonymous with underground
music’s authentic vibe, making it align, with total authenticity, to the deeply rooted historical character of the Boiler Room.
Adding to the character is the entrance to the boiler room, via an alleyway down the side of the building addding to the true and unique underground experience.
